1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the NORDGUN platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. User Responsibility

All users must:

• Hold valid firearm acquisition and possession licences
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Comply with the firearms control laws of the Republic of Lithuania
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Keep their account login details secure

3. Listing Rules

Listings on the platform must:

• Comply with the requirements of Lithuanian law
• Be accurate and not misleading
• Have clear product descriptions and photos
• Specify all required documents and licences
• Not use offensive or prohibited content

4. Transactions and Payments

All transactions must be carried out through licensed dealers, in compliance with all legal requirements. NORDGUN is not liable for transactions concluded in disregard of the platform rules.

5. Shipping of Goods

For goods that may be shipped by courier (e.g. airsoft guns, accessories), the following shipping conditions apply:

• Once an item is sold, NORDGUN automatically generates a shipping label
• The seller must pack the item securely; the label can be printed at home, at a parcel locker (by code) or at a courier branch
• The parcel must be handed to the courier or delivered to a parcel locker within 5 business days of the sale
• If the item is not shipped within the specified period, the order may be cancelled automatically and the funds returned to the buyer
• Real firearms and ammunition may not be shipped by courier — they are transferred only in person, in compliance with the law

6. Privacy

NORDGUN respects your privacy and protects personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and GDPR requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

NORDGUN acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

• The accuracy of information provided by users
• The quality of transactions between users
• The condition or characteristics of firearms
• The compliance of users’ actions with the law

8. Changes to the Terms

NORDGUN reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes.
