How to buy
Listings offer up to three ways to buy, depending on how the seller posted the item.
Buy Now
Fixed price. Tap “Buy Now” to go straight to delivery + payment — the item is reserved for you.Make an Offer
Propose a lower price. The seller accepts, declines or counters. Once accepted, you pay the agreed price.Auction
If the listing is an auction, you place a bid. When it ends, the highest bidder wins and gets a link to pay.

Payment & protection (escrow)
All payments go through NORDGUN’s secure system. Money is NOT released to the seller immediately — it is held until you confirm you received the item.
You pay by card
Enter a delivery address (or choose pickup) and pay via secure Stripe checkout.Money is held
The amount sits in escrow — the seller sees it is paid and can ship.Funds released
When you confirm receipt (or after the protection window), the money moves to the seller’s balance.
Never pay outside the platform
Shipping & receiving
Once paid, the seller ships. As a buyer you just track the parcel and confirm receipt.
Seller ships within 5 business days
Per NORDGUN rules a paid item must be handed to the courier or locker within 5 business days, or the order may be auto-cancelled and refunded. You track the parcel
The order shows the tracking number and status. You get notified when it ships and when it is delivered. You confirm receipt
After receiving and checking the item, tap “Confirm receipt”. Only then are funds released to the seller — this is your protection.
What if the item is not as described?
Auctions
An auction is a binding deal — like eBay. When it ends, the highest bidder wins and must pay, and the seller must sell and ship the item.
- Binding: the winner pays within 3 days, the seller ships within 5 business days. Neither side can back out because “the price is too low”.
- Starting price — the minimum amount for the first bid.
- Reserve price (optional) — a hidden minimum. If bids don’t reach it, the item isn’t sold and the seller is not obligated to sell.
If the winner doesn’t pay
Firearm transfer
Firearms are transferred and re-registered only at a licensed gun shop or the police — never by post.
- At payment you confirm you hold a valid permit and upload a copy.
- You agree with the seller on the gun shop or police station for the re-registration.
- The seller provides the documents, the buyer the permit; the transfer is registered officially.
